MAS Elettronica has announced the introduction of new SBCsin 3.5" format (Medium TOP Solutions) using the brand new NXP i.MX8M processor family in particular the MNI and NANO version (soon also PLUS) .
They will make it possible to build compact, high-performance systems that will significantly expand the application areas of SMARC MASplatforms.
Here are some key features
The new CPU version supports different core configurations:
- Quad Core processor A53 1.8Ghz + Cortex M4F (up to 400Mhz) in MINI version, Quad Core processor A53 1.8Ghz + Cortex M7 (up to 750Mhz) in NANO version
- Quad Core A53 1.8Ghz processor + Cortex M7 (up to 750Mhz) + NPU (Neural Processing Unit)
This allows the SBC Mina to be used for various solutions ranging from Medical, Robotics to AI.
32-bit LPDDR4 RAM memory up to 4.0GT/s which significantly increases performance
eMMC 5.1 supporting HS400 and with performance up to 400 Mbyte/s.
Fast interfaces such as PCIe x 1 to 2.5Gb/s, Gigabit ethernet, 1 or 2 CSI interfaces, 1x HDMI, 2x LVDS, 1x eDP, 4x USB2.0, 2x USB3.0.
ISP Dual Image Signal Processor Resolution up to 12MP and ingress up to 375MPixels/s.
Security thanks to its on-board TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module). Qualified for industrial applications (JEDEC JESD-47), it supports ECC Asymmetric Encryption; ECC BN-256; ECC NIST P-256; RSA1024; RSA2048.
SMARC 2.11 Standard format ensuring a scalable and future proof solution
