CUI Devices Thermal Management Group announced the recent expansion of its DC fans and blowers product line with the addition of more than 30 new series and over 500 new products.

These highly economical models include a range of sleeve and ball bearing options, as well as CUI Devices' omniCOOL bearing system that offers greater longevity and performance than traditional fan designs.

As well as being extremely economical, models with the suffix C, CF, BG or BF offer the industry's best delivery times of 12 weeks and more.

As engineers continue to grapple with shortening design cycles, CUI Devices' lead times are a big advantage compared to current delivery times in the fan market, which average 20 to 40 weeks.

CUI Devices' DC fans and centrifugal blowers now feature frame sizes ranging from 25mm to 120mm with airflow rates from 1.17 CFM up to 200 CFM.

All models come with automatic restart protection as standard, including additional options for tachometer signal, rotation detector and PWM control signal.

Available with nominal voltages of 5, 12, 24 or 48 V DC, these fans offer multiple speed ratings from 1500 to 23500 rpm and static pressures from 0.04 to 5.22 inH2O.

Outside its standard offering, CUI Devices can also provide customised solutions of DC fans or blowers to meet a variety of forced-air cooling needs.
