Glenair 's Full Nelson heat shrinkable reinforcements and Glenair 's AutoShrink cold shrinkable reinforcements and sleeves are now available immediately through Powell Electronics.

Manufactured in the UK by Glenair to ensure short delivery times throughout Europe, these products are ideal for harnesses where requirements such as light weight, flexibility and resistance to corrosion and chemicals are crucial.

Applicable over a very wide temperature range (-75 °C to 175 °C for heat shrinkable reinforcements and -65 °C to 300 °C for cold shrinkable reinforcements and sleeves), both product ranges do not require heavy backshells or breakout adapters, making them lightweight and very flexible.

Designed for cabling in a variety of applications, military/air, off-road, passenger transport systems, industrial and marine installations, these products meet the specifications for Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cables, are corrosion resistant and resist solvents and caustic chemicals.

Heat-shrinkable reinforcements are available with a lip (requires an adapter) and without (connects directly to the connector).

Customised designs for all products (including company logo) are available on request.
