For frequent plug-in cycles or high demands on modularity, the ODU-MAC Blue-Line Compact Hybrid Connectors offer ideal solutions for combining cost-effectiveness and usability in small spaces. Modular interfaces ensure a secure connection in the many fields of use in medicine, be it lasers for aesthetic use, radiological equipment or operating room robots.

In fact, in the morning, the ProClean AGV, set up with the special module, can be used as a medical trolley for inpatient care. After this activity is finished, the medical module can be disassembled and replaced with the air purifier module for a different purpose.

Thanks to the modular structure of the ODU-MAC Blue-Line, it was possible to configure and combine the different functions, ensuring compatibility. In addition, when changing modules, the electronic control unit remains protected under the relevant cover, thus also ensuring safety for personnel.

In addition, ODU contact technology ensures stable contact resistance, even beyond the guaranteed 10,000 engagement cycles, an aspect determined especially in medical applications. Safety of use is also ensured by the proven spindle locking system, which minimizes the risk of injury to the operator. ODU is also the first manufacturer to combine rectangular connectors with the established push-pull locking system.

In light of continuous research and many years of experience, the ODU-MAC Blue-Line Connector Series offers security in the combination of different types of transmission, such as signals, including HF (coaxial), power, high current, high voltage, compressed air, fluids, data and fiber optics.
